HCLA-NETWORK is honored to host an all-new and limited edition ‘Case Study Debates’ through its exclusive HCLA-RTC platform.
HCLA is known for providing legal services, including arbitration, mediation, and conciliation services aimed at resolving or settling international commercial disputes, but it is also known for its capacity to organize professional courses and workshops in international law, trade and investment, investment arbitration, due diligence, and risk management techniques utilizing modern technologies.
With this experience in mind, the HCLA is organizing a limited series of case studies in different languages, applicable to various jurisdictions and/or multi-jurisdictions per respective issue, by enabling renowned international lawyers, business executives, and esteemed professors to take the stage in contemporary issues spread across their fields of expertise.
The Case Study Debates will have the following features in mind:
- Two (2) hour sessions with attendees being able to participate through pre-set communication modalities (i.e., either online through the HCLA platform, or in-person at pre-determined venues);
- The topics of debate will be pre-determined and transmitted at least 20 days in advance to the participants;
- Due to the byte-size period of the debates, a maximum of 14 participants familiar with the elected topic will be invited to attend that particular session;
- The debates will not be open to the public, and participation is by invitation and registration only. Online sessions will be held on HCLA’s platform
