In line with the HCLA’s mission to expand its world-class services and activities while retaining top-class experts in the fields of international business law, arbitration and investment, a cooperation agreement was concluded between HCLA and NL | IC chaired by Dr. Nikos Lavranos.
As a distinguished Dutch lawyer and professor, Mr. Lavranos has gained extensive experience in international investment law, international contracts, mediation, and dispute resolution under the major arbitration rules (ICSID, UNCITRAL, SCC).
Dr. Lavranos is the first Secretary General of the European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration (EFILA) in Brussels.
