The TGG program is HCLA’s unique program driven by key aspects of “Law and Business” of up and coming emerging economies on the modern Silk Road. The program aims to enhance crucial information, pertaining to law and business, of trade and investment agencies, lawyers, entrepreneurs and talented individuals who wish to further develop their knowledge and services on an international level. Through a series of webinars, expert panels and workshops, the TGG seeks to broaden the investment horizon of interested parties and offers them an opportunity to explore cross-border business activities in the selected Silk Road countries.
In recent months, HCLA has organized several successful webinars and workshops, as part of the TGG program, in cooperation with various government agencies, embassies, chambers of commerce, law and business schools. The events focused mainly on the contemporary legislative initiatives adopted by the different countries regarding foreign investment and business opportunities and have received a lot of positive feedback from CEOs, intentional lawyers and entrepreneurs.
Accordingly, HCLA plans to organize additional events, each focused on a specific Silk Road country, to provide businesses, lawyers, entrepreneurs, academics and government agencies with the most contemporary and up-to-date information pertaining to a country’s investment laws and regulations with a direct focus on foreign trade, investments, business contacts and dispute resolution procedures.
