The Silk Road is a historical notion representing a concept and a means to enhance communication and cooperation by connecting the East and the West. An overall view of the Silk Road opportunities and challenges enables decision-makers, lawyers, and businesses to steer their commercial interests in the right direction.
As part of the HCLA platform, “Think Global, Go Global”, recognized by the international legal and business community, HCLA together with renowned national and international partners, will host several prestigious events and panel discussions in 2021.
HCLA and GSGS’ of Doshisha University (Japan), in collaboration with distinguished national and international experts, diplomats and lawyers, will host the 1st webinar titled: “Business Opportunities and Challenges Along the Silk Road”, to be held on January 28, 2021.
Online events are primarily intended as platforms and provide the opportunities to bring together renowned lawyers, experts, and academics who will discuss common issues from a legal, economic, and geopolitical perspective, with a focus on Central Asia, Iran, and the Caucasus as major Asian-European gateways of trade.
